Work and school accounts

A work or school account belongs to your organization’s Microsoft tenant, so your organization decides whether — and how — it can be used with Rogue Productions.

Three situations

“Need admin approval”

This is your organization’s setting, not an error. Rogue Productions only asks to sign you in, but some organizations review every app before anyone can use it.

  1. Send your IT administrator this guide: https://account.rogueproductions.net/help/admins.
  2. If Microsoft offers a “Request approval” button, use it — your administrator will be notified.
  3. Meanwhile, you can use a personal Microsoft account or a Rogue Productions account, and connect your work account later.

Guest accounts

If you’re a guest in another organization’s tenant, you sign in with your own home account as usual. To use an organization’s Rogue Productions access as its guest, use that organization’s sign-in link (it looks like account.rogueproductions.net/login/org/…) — and the organization must have chosen to include guests.

When you leave the organization

Your work account will stop working when your organization disables it or removes your access. If your Rogue Productions account is yours (not managed by the organization), add a password or connect a personal Microsoft account before you leave. Getting back in

Still stuck? Contact Rogue Productions support — include the “Reference” shown on any sign-in error page. This guide describes how sign-in works today; it is updated with every change to it.
