Accounts managed by your organization
When your organization connects its Microsoft tenant to Rogue Productions, its administrators decide who can use it and with which role. If you create your account with your work account, the organization usually manages that account.
Where your access comes from
Your IT administrators assign people and groups to Rogue Productions roles in Microsoft Entra:
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Member | Use everything the organization provides |
| Billing Admin | See and manage the organization’s plans and seats |
| Admin | Manage members, roles and access settings; see activity |
| Owner | Everything, including security settings, transferring ownership and disconnecting the organization |
What you can do depends on the account you sign in with: organization access only appears when you sign in with your work Microsoft account, never with a password or a personal account.
Managed vs personal accounts
| Managed by your organization | Personal | |
|---|---|---|
| Created by | Signing up with a work account while your organization is connected | Anyone, any other way |
| If your organization removes you | The account is paused until you’re assigned again | You lose only the organization’s access |
| Separate password | Only if your organization allows it | Yes |
| Your own purchases | Stay yours | Stay yours |
“This account can’t sign in” / paused
Your organization no longer assigns you access, or it disconnected from Rogue Productions and chose to pause the accounts it managed. Ask your IT administrator. If you believe the account is yours personally, contact our support team — we can recover it as a personal account.
Leaving the organization
If you want to keep your Rogue Productions account after you leave, ask to convert it: connect a personal Microsoft account or (if allowed) add a password, then disconnect your work account in Sign-in methods and confirm Make this a personal account. Your organization access ends at that moment.
What your organization can see
Your organization’s Owners and Admins see your name, your organization email, your roles, and when you last signed in with your work account — and can sign you out of your organization sessions. They don’t see your personal purchases, sessions from other sign-in methods, or anything unrelated to the organization.
Still stuck? Contact Rogue Productions support — include the “Reference” shown on any sign-in error page. This guide describes how sign-in works today; it is updated with every change to it.
